"Order from here regularly and have never had an issue in the past, however this evening ordered 2 combination kebabs and one came incorrect. Called to ask for replacement and was told it would be sent out along with sauces as they were also missing. Over an hour passed and the food still hadn’t arrived so called again, staff were extremely rude and it was like the first call had never happened. When the replacement finally arrived it was still without sauce and the delivery driver said he didn’t have a clue what was going on. This has put us off ordering from here again we will go elsewhere in future. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this one felt necessary due to the rudeness of the staff"

"First visit to this fantastic restaurant this evening. We had the meal platter for 2, there was more than enough and it was absolutely delicious! The service was spot on also, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite, especially the young girl that served us. Brilliant establishment and great value for money, will definitely visit again."

"Not just the best Turkish food, but the best takeaway I’ve had, ever. Cooked over coals, the smell alone will make you want to order everything on the menu! Alex and crew are friendly and incredibly generous in their servings. The rice and breads are delicious, the bbq on another level entirely!"
